We fiber-laser cut carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium sheet with optimised nesting to minimise material loss. We handle single prototype parts and repeat series with the same production files and the same dimensional verification.
What you get
Parts cut to size, degreased and deburred on request, packed to order and accompanied by a dimensional report. We accept DXF, STEP or dimensioned 2D drawings and prepare them for nesting with no extra programming cost on series orders.
Why fiber laser
The fiber beam cuts thin and medium sheet fast, with a small heat-affected zone and edges that usually need no further preparation before bending or welding. That shortens the flow: the part goes straight to the press brake or the welding cell.
Part of one flow
Cutting is not an isolated service: the same order can continue with press-brake bending, CNC machining, certified welding and assembly, under one supplier and one quality file.

We cover the usual thin and medium sheet range for metal structures and industrial sub-assemblies. Send the drawing or DXF and we confirm exact thickness and lead time within one working day.
Can I order a single piece?
Yes. We run single prototype parts on the same equipment that later runs the series, so prototype results stay relevant for production.
Do you also bend and weld the parts?
Yes. Cutting, bending, welding and assembly happen in the same plant, so you receive the finished sub-assembly, not just flat blanks.
