We build welded structures and sub-assemblies from your drawing: cutting, bending, fixturing, welding and final geometry verification. You receive assemblies ready to fit, not components your team still has to adjust.
Welding fixtures
For repeat series we build fixtures that lock the assembly geometry. Welders no longer re-align every piece, and part-to-part deviation stays inside the design limits.
Distortion control
Weld sequence and heat input are planned in advance to limit distortion. Where needed we machine functional surfaces and reference holes after welding.
Finishing and protection
Assemblies can be delivered deburred, shot-blasted and painted or galvanised, together with the quality documentation for the order.
Frequently asked questions
Do you build the welding fixtures too?
Yes. For repeat series we design and build fixtures in-house; the cost pays back through stable geometry and less rework.
Can the assembly be machined after welding?
Yes, functional surfaces and reference holes can be CNC-machined after welding so the assembly meets fitting dimensions.
