In our Metrology Laboratory: Paperless Traceability
The digital QA stack and how each part receives a complete metrological passport.

Quality is not inspected — it is built into the process. This conviction underpins our metrology laboratory in Prejmer, where every delivered part receives a complete digital report, traceable by batch, machine, operator, and tool. For clients who impose strict European ISO standards, this discipline is the real differentiator.
Equipment and Capabilities
- CMM Zeiss Contura G2 — accuracy 1.5 µm + L/350
- GOM ATOS optical scanner for sheet metal parts and laser-cut sheet metal
- Mitutoyo SJ-410 surface roughness tester for Ra/Rz/Rt
- Climatically controlled chamber 20°C ± 0.5°C, 24/7
From Measurement to Digital Passport
All inspection data is automatically uploaded into an internal MES that links each measured dimension to the work order, material certificate, and responsible operator. The client receives a digitally signed PDF and, upon request, raw files for their own audit.
What this means for you
When an automotive industry client requests a PPAP Level 3 analysis, we prepare the package in 48 hours — not two weeks. This agility is why we are preferred partners for series production of metal parts with IATF 16949 requirements.
“A part without a report is a part without an identity. We do not deliver such parts.”
